Another weekend!!

So Ava is doing great, she has been sleeping all night now in her crib...for those of you that don't know, that has been a MAJOR struggle for us because of her constant ear infections. She seems to be right back on track now!! YEAH! Here are a few pics from this week and a few of me and Sally and Jen from last night:) Hope you all have a great weekend! I am getting super excited to be going to Cali in a few weeks! Feb 19th-27th!! YEAH!!

Tubes went well!

We are DONE! She did great, doc said ears were really bad and she of course was not a happy camper coming out of the anesthesia, but we are home and she is getting back to normal every min. He says she will be able to hear much better now and hopefully NO more ear infections! YEAH!!!!!!!

Tubes!!

Ok, so we went to the ear nose and throat doc today and Ava is going to need tubes, she has fluid built up behind both ears (5 ear infections later). They hopefully are going to do it next Thursday, that is if her Respiratory Infection heals up enough to be able to put her under. I can't wait for the tubes, poor baby never sleeps because she is in so much pain! It can't be here soon enough. Wish us luck!!!

So here she is...doesn't even know she is not being very lady like at all....the next one I discovered her in the kitchen and she has out-smarted the child locks for the cabinets, as you can see she does not want anything to do with what is in the cabinets, just let me put this plastic thing in my mouth mom!!

Fort Pickens

Today is Grandpa Mike's last day here so we went out to Fort Pickens on Pensacola Beach and checked out the fort, it was really cool, AND COLD!!! 30 degrees is super cold for Flordia! Anyone notice the fact that she is not even looking while I am CHEESING it up for the camera? She was looking at the birds!

Christmas Time

Hello! Joel and Mike are here (Uncle and Grandpa) and we have been having lots of fun, here are a few pics!! Decorating the Christmas tree with Grandpa with a great picture of Grandma! A close up of all of Ava's hair (there is not much of it, so look close!) Owe and if you didn't notice she got a new hat that we love...I love!! Hope you all have a Merry Christmas!

First time to crawl forward!!

Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!! Ava can now crawl forward!! This was her first time, and we got it on tape! She also officially has a few teeth coming in on the bottom!!! It's been a busy week and we have a lot to be thankful for!!! Hope all is well!!

First Air Show

So last weekend, Ava went on a boat for the first time, the "Coffey Break" with Aunt Amy, Aunt Jen and Uncle Tim, here is a pic of her in the life vest, priceless.....she was on the boat for 4 hrs and did excellent, she is our little tropper!!! And the other is just a good recent pic of her.

So we went and had our Christmas Cards made today, this is what Ava wore...here are a few to preview, can't show the rest until you get the OFFICAL Christmas card! They turned out so good!! She is now 8 months old, and still crawling backwards!!
